**Job Description** Team**

ServiceNow Research carries out fundamental and applied research to push the limits of enterprise AI. Here is a chance to join the Research enablement team, which supports and promotes the work of researchers by providing proper research infrastructure and ensuring operational management. As part of this team, you will collaborate with program managers, people managers, and research leadership in supporting the group’s activities in line with our strategic vision.

**Job description**

The Program Manager, Communications and Outreach oversees and operationalizes the communication strategy of ServiceNow Research. They design and implement processes to improve efficiency and better support the research needs in this area. They also collaborate with the other team’s members in defining and disseminating the business positioning of research to key stakeholders inside and outside the company.

In this role, you will actively contribute to promoting the activities and scientific contributions of the Research Group. You will coordinate the production and publication of the group’s newsletter, ensure the content of the website is up-to-date and coordinate the creation of new content in English and French, and support the posting of scientific content on social media. You will organize science talks, contribute to the planning of conference booths and career fairs, review external facing documents, and liaise with Brand legal as required. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring communications between the Research Group and relevant business units, including liaising with GenAI actors across the company. You will thrive in this position by being self-directed, well organized, sensitive to the needs and requirements of research, and comfortable overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you**:

- Have a deep understanding of the Canadian research ecosystem
- Have experience working in a research environment
- Are fluent or have professional proficiency in French and English
- Have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; Outlook; Sharepoint; Sway) and Airtable
- Have a “getting things done” mindset
- Have superior organizational skills
- Are able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Have excellent writing skills
- Are able to synthetize and critically analyze information
- Are able to think outside the box and find creative solutions
- Work well in team.
