**Your responsibilities**
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience with proven performance in a retail and/or logistics role.
- 1-2 years of experience in leading people, with a proven track record of successful leadership that delivers both business results and people
- Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and the ability to meet agreed budgets and goals.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead the Fulfilment Operations team in the assigned area to ensure the highest goods availability and operational readiness at the lowest possible cost.
- Identify, recruit, retain, and develop talents within the Fulfilment Operations team to build a diverse, high-performing team capable of executing responsibilities confidently and ensuring future succession.
- Support the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda within the assigned unit operations environment.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 66,330 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
