Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods
- Train, evaluate, and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures and safety protocols
- Familiarity with fabricating processes is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,780.69-$140,780.69 per year
