**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Oversee human resources functions including payroll processing, employee training, and development.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and manage vendor relationships.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage budgets and assist in financial planning for the office.
- Coordinate team management activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office management role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software.
- Strong clerical, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Experience in training & development of staff members.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
