Front Office Manager

This is a permanent client facing role and 100% in person at our office east end of Guelph. This is not remote work, this will not turn into remote work.

Hours are 830am-5 Monday-Friday with a 75 minute lunch break every day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
- Sorting, folding and distributing mail including courier
- Managing office’s general mailbox (info/requests)
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks such as pulling reports and writing insurance confirmations
- Keep front of office clean with tidying, opening and closing duties
- Receiving and processing payments from walk-in clients
- Problem solving
- Self-management to accomplish goals and work assignments
- Additional projects as required

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or related field
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competency with computers, experience in KEAL/SIG would be an asset
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
