Sales Support Representative
- Handle sales questions within the required time frame.
- Assign unit drawings and key components for submittal generation.
- Provide technical advises to sales regarding unit configurations and setups.
- Maintain and update documentations related to submittal.
- Cooperate with web development team on improvement projects.
- Collaborate with production engineering team to ensure proper transition of information.
- Create tools to track and log different sales request.

Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in HVAC or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in both French and English,
- Proficiency in 2D/3D modeling software

Preferably a background in thermodynamics, electrical systems, or refrigeration.
