Participates in planning for and execution of 2025 Summer MNGA including attendance at Steering and Planning Committee meetings, assisting with event logistics, Regional Governance Council meetings, assisting the MNGA Deputy Clerk during the meeting to deliver information and assistance to participants, and other duties as needed during the event.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalency; completion of one (1) year or more of post-secondary schooling is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to utilize, adapt and embrace new technologies, including Word, Excel and other database/software.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Experience working in an office and team environment, an asset.
- Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at start of employment
- A Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or a person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Legally entitled to work according to BC legislation and regulation.
- International students are not eligible. Recent immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
