Sales & Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client visits.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Monitor market and competitive trends, providing actionable insights and counter-strategies to protect and expand market share.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver market intelligence and refine sales strategies that maximize opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and conduct quarterly performance reviews with sales team members to foster growth and accountability.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales success, preferably in business development, B2B solutions, or the glass/materials industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Undergraduate, or Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, business acquisition, and closing complex deals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work independently while fostering team success.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an asset but not required.

- Achievement of annual and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Growth in new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates, as measured through feedback and repeat business.
- Improvement in sales team performance, including individual goal attainment and professional development.
- Timely and accurate delivery of market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.
- Contribution to overall market share growth and alignment with company’s long-term business objectives.
**Salary negotiable** (Base salary + commission)
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
