**About the Role**
The **Partnership Sales Coordinator** is an essential member of the Client Experience Team at **The Lethbridge & District Exhibition**, supporting the success of our partnership programs through event coordination, relationship management, and strategic asset delivery.
This role is all about bringing partnerships to life—whether it’s through coordinating activations at major events like Whoop-Up Days, tracking usage of partnership assets, or ensuring each partner’s experience exceeds expectations. You’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining strong partner relationships, booking and managing partnership events, managing partnership inventory, and tracking asset fulfillment to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
Reporting directly to** Manager of Client Services**, you’ll help elevate the Lethbridge & District Exhibition’s reputation as a premier destination for partner engagement and community connection.
This is a **full-time, in-office** position based in Lethbridge, Alberta.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Partner Activation Support (Community Partners & Sales Partners)**:
Coordinate and execute partnership activations across all major events and exhibitions, ensuring assets are effectively delivered and aligned with partner goals.
- ** Event Coordination**:
Book and oversee all partner-focused events, from initial planning to on-site execution, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- ** Asset Management & Fulfillment**:
Organize and manage all partnership deliverables and assets, ensuring accurate tracking, timely delivery, and alignment with contract terms.
- ** Partnership Inventory Management**:
Track and manage inventory of partnership assets, promotional items, and materials to ensure availability and efficient allocation.
- ** Ongoing Partner Communication**:
Maintain regular and proactive contact with partners to ensure their needs are met and their investments are delivering strong ROI.
- ** Usage Tracking & Reporting**:
Monitor and report on usage of partner assets across all platforms and events, ensuring deliverables are fulfilled and performance is measured accurately.
- ** Support for VIK Sales**:
Assist with value-in-kind (VIK) sales activities leading up to major events, including inventory management, preparation of presentations, and logístical coordination.
- ** Champion the Partner Experience**:
Serve as an internal advocate for partner satisfaction—ensuring every interaction, event, and activation is executed with professionalism and excellence.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in partnership coordination, event planning, client services, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage logistics and deliverables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM or asset-tracking systems is an asset
- Passion for creating exceptional client and partner experiences
- Knowledge of the Lethbridge community and regional events is a bonus
