Role Summary:

- Combine all administrative functions, in a leadership position and create accountabilities for all administrative tasks at the branch level
- Provide direct and executive style support for the Branch Leaders while also providing a direct support link to the corporate team
- Lead/support the administrative team
- Report to Branch General Manager 

Under the direction and supervision of the Branch General Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for performing and / or supervising the following functions within the branch including but not limited to:

- Supervision, support, and general oversight of the administrative team. Monitors performance of this team and ensures that all functions are being performed in consideration of deadline requirements and within the parameters of the current company policies
- Branch HR level 1 support
- Direct branch support for the BGM and division managers. main contact person/link to corporate accounting team
- Distribution of internal office correspondence between branch general manager, division managers and teams as requested
- Coordination of all office schedules, meetings, employee training and conferences
- Coordination of branch social events as directed by the BGM
- Ensuring critical records management and archiving at the branch as per current records management policies

The Office Manager is a very important leadership role within the team and requires an individual with the following tools:

Schedule:

- Full time - Monday to Friday
- Work Location: Dartmouth Office

Skills required:
Computer skills - Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel,

**Salary**: $55,000 - $60,000

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English required

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

Or
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
