Regional Lead

**As part of your role, responsibilities include**:

- Develop a strategy to build a presence within the local market that is consistent with EnVision’s corporate strategy and initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in the local markets
- Facilitate engagement in local market events
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and strategic partnerships within the region
- Support with technical delivery of projects
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to meet growth targets
- Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region
- Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and industry forums
- Work with internal teams to tailor product/service offerings to meet regional market demands
- Provide regional insights and feedback to senior leadership to support strategic planning
- Supports and assists with preparation of technical documents including proposals and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Supports mentorship and training, providing input and support for junior staff
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development
- Support the management of the Stoney Creek office as required, to ensure staff have the necessary resources, maintain the local culture for staff, and ensure health and safety initiatives are maintained
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Enviro/Geo/Civil, or related), Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field aligned with EnVision’s service offerings
- A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience in a technical or people leadership role
- Experience in project management is highly preferred
- Experience in business development and client management required
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor
- Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing project requirements
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
