**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and train tasting room staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the tasting room.
- Develop and implement engaging tasting experiences that highlight our products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote events and special tastings.
- Use social media channels to engage with our community and be the voice of the tasting room
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and assist with cashiering duties.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is required; experience in a brewery setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- A passion for beer is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
