**Windfall Cider - Tasting Room Supervisor**

Do you love craft beverages, good vibes, and creating memorable guest experiences?
Windfall Cider is looking for a **Tasting Room Supervisor** to help lead our tasting room in North Vancouver.

This is a **full-time, hourly role with gratuities** — perfect for someone ready to take on leadership responsibilities while still being hands-on with guests and the team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead shifts and keep the tasting room running smoothly
- Support and motivate the team during service
- Handle opening, closing, and cash-outs
- Jump behind the bar to serve guests and share your cider knowledge
- Keep the space sparkling, welcoming, and organized
- Train new staff and support ongoing development
- Plan, execute, and support **special pop-up dinners and events** at the cidery
- Be the go-to person on shift when ownership isn’t on site

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 1-2 years restaurant/hospitality experience** — this is a must
- **Experience running pop-up or special dinner services** — required to support our events
- Leadership or shift-lead experience (an asset)
- Excellent communication + customer service skills
- Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Flexible schedule — evenings + weekends are part of the fun
- 19+ with **Serving It Right** certification
