Toronto, Canada Mutual Developments Full time

Mutual Developments is looking for a Site Foreman to join our team. The site foreman is responsible for following the project schedule and ensuring that crews under their direction perform daily and weekly activities to meet the project goals. The site foreman will report directly to the Construction Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Being able to interpret Architectural, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC plans, details, specifications, general intent;
- A high level of coordination with all trades during the construction process and scheduling the trades accordingly;
- Coordinate with the City of Toronto building inspectors to ensure compliance;
- Conduct regular inspections of each individual unit and rectify any deficiencies throughout the construction process;
- Setting and ensuring that tight deadlines are satisfied;
- Working in a team environment and maintaining a high level of safety as outlined by the safety consultant;
- Ensuring a high quality of workmanship on the site
- You will be responsible for managing and ensuring that the works are completed according to the scope.
- Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite
- A problem-solving approach is a must
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Be able to handle a high level of responsibility
- Time management skills, able to prioritize
- Advanced fluency in the English language, both written and verbally

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
