**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install permanent LED lighting systems on the exterior of residential properties.
- Ensure all installations are completed to high-quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Work comfortably on ladders and scaffolding to reach various installation points.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-installation checks to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics of the lighting systems.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in exterior installations, construction, or similar fields.
- Must own a complete set of installation tools.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
- Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
