Glass Act Property Services is a growing home services company specializing in exterior cleaning, lighting, and property care. We are expanding into **permanent LED lighting installations** and are looking for motivated installers who want to be part of a fast-growing team with opportunities to advance.

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented **Permanent LED Installer** to join our crew. You’ll be responsible for installing high-quality permanent LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. This role involves technical setup, safe ladder use, and ensuring clean, professional finishes that exceed customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Install permanent LED lighting systems according to company specifications.
- Safely use ladders, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (such as an ohmmeter).
- Perform thorough inspections of installations to ensure quality, safety, and full functionality.
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and job-site procedures.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders and rooflines).
- Proficient with hand tools and basic electrical tools (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
- Previous installation, construction, roofing, or electrical experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
