A career in Financial Markets at National Bank is to participate in the transformation to have a direct impact of the client. As a Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the trading floor within the various teams in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities group.

**Your role**:

- Support team heads in development and maintenance of business presentations
- Support sales team in preparation and coordination of client meetings
- Manage a data entry platform for research subscriptions
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively manage the agenda for group managers
- Participate in the resolution of operational challenges and provide advanced technical support
- Work in a team and support other sector coordinators for various projects, events, and mandates
- Identify and analyze operational issues and improve existing models

**Ideal profile**:

- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will work closely with colleagues outside Quebec
- Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Sense of initiative, autonomous, proactive, and excellent collaborative approach
- Open-minded, curious, and inclusive
- Strong ability to evolve in a continuously changing environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with often very tight deadlines
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills, attention to details and priority management
- Strong teamwork skills
- Data management; accounting and Industry experience would be considered an asset
