**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Digital Trade Marketing Coordinator based at our Montreal location reporting into the Trade Marketing Manager for Nespresso. This role will be responsible for the continuous optimisation of the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) online presence to drive Nespresso machine sales. The incumbent will be responsible for providing the best-in-class user experience across all indirect digital touchpoints/channels in alignment with brand guidelines and according to eRetailers’ digital capabilities.

**A day in the life of a Digital Trade Marketing Coordinator**
As a Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery and quality of Nespresso eContent to trade partners, by establishing efficient ways of working across all market functions, channels and external agencies. This role will require brand content monitoring and updates, and execution of the online strategy across different trade accounts to improve new member acquisition & sales performance and E-mystery customer satisfaction scores.

**You will also**:

- Own the day-to-day operation of eRetailers including full alignment of activity planning, executing processes for delivery of national campaign assets & merchandising
- Develop the performance of digital channels through content improvement and optimization, and lead quality assurance and monitoring brand guidelines with eRetailers
- Monitor local competitive solutions, develop reports on visibility with eRetailers
- Work cross-functionally to ensure visions and compliance are being conveyed accurately
- Work on paid media strategy and initiatives, organic e-retail search, SEO optimization

**What will make you successful?**
- University degree in Business or Marketing, and or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Some marketing experience and/or e-Commerce platform management
- Experience in content management and merchandising
- Project management skills, experience in SEO optimization and paid media strategy an asset
- Web analytics and knowledge of Photoshop tools an asset
