We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to support our internal systems and ensure our production workflows run smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**
- Update, maintain, and manage our workflow system including setting up new clients, new projects, tracking deadlines, and liaising with the internal team
- Set up and roll forward CaseWare and TaxCycle files
- Retrieve documents submitted electronically via our portals and via paper records in coordination with the client service coordinator, then scan (if applicable), sort, file, and organize them in our files for the client service and technical staff
- Own the integrity of workflow data once client records are received into the system
- Maintain an inventory listing of office supplies and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, assist with purchasing and invoice processing, and support operational continuity
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Support internal file hygiene and quality standards
- Cross-cover essential duties of the Client Service Coordinator during absences (critical tasks only)
- Various other administrative duties relating to internal operations as assigned

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years in administrative operations, office coordination, or similar support roles
- Experience with workflow systems or production environments (legal, accounting, medical, engineering, insurance, or similar environments are strong assets)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (CaseWare and TaxCycle, are assets but not required)
- Reliable, confidential, and consistent in execution
- On-site availability in Sudbury (this is an in-office role due to operational requirements)

- **Salary: $40,000-$65,000**, commensurate with experience
