**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records and files.
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and invoicing processes as required.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize office workflow.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Operate phone systems effectively to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office setting, preferably in a dental or medical office environment.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
