Looking for experienced lawn care and snow removal people who have done at least one winter in Alberta or Saskatchewan. Must be able to start as early as 4am in the winter months.$19.50 - $29 an hour. **REQUIRED Professional Experience: Experience with property clean ups (power rake, aeration, leaf collection), mowing, weed whipping, and snow removal. Ability to stay on task while alone or with other people without a manager present. OPTIONAL Professional Experience: Experience with Hedge trimming and basic landscaping (tree and flower planting, mulch and rock installation, garden bed maintenance, overgrown property clean up) **BONUSES Great benefits after 3 months (we use one of the best plans which has more coverage than a basic plan) Personal fuel allowance after 6 months. Quarterly profit sharing after 12 months. Upsell/recommended work bonus. Guaranteed wage in the winter based off 34 hours per week. Performance pay bonuses in the spring, summer, and fall. **This is a career position with an opportunity for advancement.
