Augusta Lawn Care of Red Deer is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Lawn Care Technicians.

**Position**:Lawn Care Technician

**Location**: Red Deer, Alberta

**Service area**:Red Deer, Lacombe, Blackfalds

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as shrub and hedge trimming, mulching, planting, and decorative rock installation.
- Conduct property cleanups, including leaf and debris removal, to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining a professional demeanor.

**Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- Non-smokers given preference.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
