- Use Excel templates to analyze existing records against site collected data and update or create electronic records in InforEAM.
- Sign-out and responsibly handle keys and access cards required for facility access.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program, specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Technology or Engineering.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A Valid class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent) and the use of a personal vehicle is required.
- Ability to recognize typical mechanical and electrical equipment in commercial buildings is preferred.
- Any certifications, training, or experience related to building systems (such as trade certifications, IMFA, or BOMA credentials), field data collection experience, or experience updating equipment inventory databases will be considered assets.
- Ability to work independently, analyze existing records, cross reference with actual equipment on site and recommend updates as needed.
- Success in the role requires the ability to listen and follow instructions rationally seeing them to conclusion, as well as being able to work in a team as well as independently.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35-hour work week
