R&d Lab Technician

Test all new materials that may be used in the mixing process
- Coordinate the mixing and testing of all new materials.
- Operate all ab equipment.
- Assist in conducting studies of new ingredients and compounds.
- Prepare reports based on test results.
- Interact with compounders, technical staff, lab personnel, and production associates to ensure procedures and tests being performed are meeting requirements.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Skills required**:

- Strong communication and decision making skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a safe and expedient manner

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of rubber mixing and testing
- College or University education in a related field
- Quality training
