**Recruiting at Brex**
**What you'll do**
As a Recruiter on the Business Recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Sales Development team, a critical business function of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You will work closely with hiring managers to create the strategy and roadmap to attract the best talent to Brex. You'll also play a key role in building and strengthening university partnerships, helping to develop a strong pipeline of early-career talent. This is an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, drive impactful hiring strategies, and shape the future of our workforce. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for full-time conversion.
**Where you'll work**
This role will be based in our Vancouver office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with career services and student organizations
- Attend and coordinate career fairs, networking events, and sales competitions to attract top entry-level sales talent
- Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales Development roles and/or university hiring
- Strong ability to build relationships with Sales hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing strategic hiring support
- Experience managing university partnerships and developing early-career talent pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent Brex at campus events and networking sessions
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple schools and stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
- BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
- Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday
**Bonus points**
- Experience developing and executing university recruiting strategies, including campus events, career fairs, and internship programs
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience working in a high-growth startup
**Compensation**
