Founded in 2015, we provide high net worth individuals with curated access to exclusive private market investment opportunities. We partner with a growing network of independent, commission-based Dealing Representatives (DRs) who deliver these solutions to clients across Canada.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Business Development Associate** to drive the recruitment of high-performing Dealing Representatives (DRs) for our expanding sales network. This role focuses on **identifying, approaching, and qualifying sales professionals**—whether from the financial industry or other sectors with transferable skills—who have the potential to thrive in a commission-based, entrepreneurial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Agent Recruitment & Prospecting**
- Hunt for top sales performers from diverse industries (real estate, insurance, financial services, etc.).
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified DR prospects for the management team.

**Talent Funnel Management**
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract entrepreneurial sales professionals.

**Market Intelligence**
- Monitor competitor recruitment activities and industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Keep up to date with sales compensation models and incentive structures in related industries.

**Relationship Building**
- Represent Enoch Wealth at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years’ experience in business development, sales recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to identify and attract high-performing sales professionals.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with recruitment targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a strong asset.
