**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Buying Team to curate seasonal collections aligned with our brand and customer profile
- Research emerging trends, customer feedback, and market data to inform buying decisions
- Participate in vendor meetings, showroom visits, and virtual appointments
- Track incoming styles and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Support reorders and identify best-selling styles to drive revenue
- Help evaluate product performance and customer demand to influence future buys
- Assist with pricing strategy, assortment planning, and product presentation
- Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and in-store teams to align product launches and campaigns
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure a cohesive in-store presentation (if applicable)
- Participate in the development of seasonal floor plans or product displays (if applicable)

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-3 years experience in a retail buying
- Strong fashion intuition and awareness of current and upcoming trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Shopify or inventory systems is a plus
- French language skills are a strong asset
