We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. You will assist the Store Manager in various tasks, including administrative duties, customer service, and store management. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and supervise store employees, including training and scheduling
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
**Skills**:
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively buy and sell merchandise
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store operations
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
- Retail sales experience to drive sales and meet targets
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Administrative abilities to handle paperwork, reports, and data entry
- Budgeting skills to assist with financial planning
- Store management experience is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: Up to $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
