Process Invoices and post adjusting or correcting entries as needed

Prepare, submit and EFT payments and cheques

Process credit card transactions

Post daily payments from customers

Vendor management projects and reporting

**Qualifications**:
College level Accounting and/or 2-3 years experience in accounting

Prior experience with Sage 300 software, would be an asset

Works well in a team environment

Proficient in Excel & Word

Strong written communication and interpersonal skills

Must be highly organized as this role deals with high volumes

We are growing and are searching for a strong Finance Assistant to maintain the finance records (AR & AP) for two companies.
