- Ability to supervise and guide supply staff
- Flexible

- Willingness to learn and work in a team setting (both with your team as well as across Group Care and entire Centre)
- Computer literacy skills
- Capacity to advocate for children and their families and work with a variety of family dynamics
- Acting as a role model for co-workers and students by promoting positive relationships in the work environment and setting professional goals and objectives for the program
- Supervision of volunteers and students

**SHIFT**

Changes depending on the children enrolled

Monday - Saturday - each staff work 5 days a week - 7.5hrs shifts between the hours of 6:30 am to 9:30 pm

Possibility of schedule changing to 10 working hour shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off in future

**RATE OF PAY**

**$32,775.86 Annually (Untrained)** **+ government grants + benefits**

**$40,069.20 Annually (trained)** **+ government grants + benefits**
