**QUALIFICATIONS**

RECE Preferably

- Experience working with children
- Fluent in English written and verbal.
- Flexible
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
- Computer literacy skills
- Capacity to advocate for children and their families and work with a variety of family dynamics
- Acting as a role model for co-workers and students by promoting positive relationships in the work environment and setting professional goals and objectives for the program
- Supervision of volunteers and students

**SHIFT**

Rotating dependent on needs of program. 37.5 hours per week.

**WORK WEEK**

Monday to Friday

**RATE OF PAY**

RECE Rate $20.55 per hr (probation period) based on a 7.5 hr day + government grants + health benefits

Non-RECE Rate $18.36(probation period) based on a 7.5 hr day + government grants + health benefits

**START DATE**

October 6th, 2025
