*Job Summary* As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects. You will assist in recruitment efforts, employee relations, and HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR processes. *Responsibilities* - Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews - Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR databases - Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes - Assist in organizing training programs and events for employees - Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures - Help with payroll processing and benefits administration tasks - Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and offer letters *Qualifications* - Proficiency in HR software systems like Oracle, SAP, ATS, and Ceridian - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external stakeholders - Knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, talent acquisition, and human resources management - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Previous experience in HR sourcing or related field is preferred This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
