**Full Cycle Bookkeeper**

We are hiring a full cycle bookkeeper for our growing business.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Perform all account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Perform all activities in the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
- Perform all payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner and submit statutory payroll taxes.
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax return.
- Update internal use spreadsheets consistently and accurately.
- Prepare month end financial reports including bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure the general ledger is up to date and accounts are reconciled as needed.
- Prepare year end reports as requested by the external accountant.
- Keep all paper and electronic documents in an organized manner following company standards.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years full cycle bookkeeping experience with familiarity in Sage or other accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to new software tools and systems.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, take direction, as well as take initiative.
- Work in a fast-paced environment that requires tasks to be completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- A proven team player with a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
