**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Serve meals to customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality meals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for meal preparation and a desire to contribute positively to the restaurant experience.
