Service Operations Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the sale or distribution of mechanical, industrial, or automotive spare parts.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms or online spare parts marketplaces.
- Familiarity with aftermarket parts, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, or parts for specialized industries (automotive, machinery, etc.).
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or marketing, ideally with a focus on spare parts or technical products.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) and spare parts management systems.
- Experience with Excel and PowerBI
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical products in an easy-to-understand way.
- Knowledge of spare parts inventory systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, especially in handling spare parts inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
