**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Genesis Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

**Duties**
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations
- Develop and implement a long-term strategy and action plan to attract and retain customers
- Manage a high-performance service team including Genesis Ownership Managers (GXMO), Technicians, Warranty clerk and Genesis valets
- Develop and maintain a culture that values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision and performance management
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving department goals
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Automotive Service Management: 4 years (required)
- service advisor: 6 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 8 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
