Assistant Restaurant Manager

The SUBWAY® manager will perform and direct restaurant managment. KPIs focusing on customer service, cleanilness and sales growth will be presented to the manager. Bonuses will be paid out if the set KPIs are attained. The manager will be someone who is driven, honest, and responsive. The manager may also be presented with the opportunity to manage additional stores should they excel in this role.

A base salary will be provided. Bonuses may also be paid out on a quarterly basis, should the agreed upon KPIs be attained.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Manage ~10 employees
- Weekly review of store sales and customer service reviews
- Responsible for daily cash procedures and assists with financial reporting
- Complete and post weekly work schedules
- Recruit, reward and terminate staff as needed
- Plan special events and promotions
- Complete University of SUBWAY® courses as directed

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
