This position has the potential to become full time and non-contract-based after the first 3-4 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, including managing schedules, appointments, and household staff.
- Coordinate and oversee household maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors as needed.
- Order groceries/supplies needed so there is always fresh produce and supplies.
- Manage household budgets, expenses, and financial records
- Lead household organization, including inventory management, purchasing supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
- Provide personal assistance to the residents, including running errands, scheduling appointments, and managing travel arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and maintaining household records/reciepts
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
- Have the initiative and confidence to get the job done

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in household management, personal assistance, or a related field.
- Must be proactive and detail orientated
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and service-oriented demeanor.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and personal matters.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs and demands of the household.
- Criminal Background Check required
- Must have valid driver license and clean driving record

Duration: Summer months (specific dates TBD)

Location: Dundas, Ontario

Compensation: Competitive weekly rate
