**What a Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for**:

- Providing top-notch, personalized customer service to each of our guests
- Leading our Team during lunch and dinner services
- Estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies
- Ensuring all guests receive exceptional service and food quality
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Preparing and submitting end-of-day reports
- Overseeing weekly scheduling and shift coverage procedure
- Training new Team Members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Addressing guests' complaints and concerns
- Taking guest orders and processing cash/card payments
- Assisting in prepping, cooking, and presentation of food orders
- Proactively seeking opportunities to create memorable moments for guests
