**VP of Sales**
Position: Full-time / Permanent

**Key responsibilities**:

- Achieving sales growth and profitability; responsible for ensuring that the company achieves its’ sales targets
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team that is motivated and accountable for achieving sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and partners to drive business revenue
- Working with the CEO to raise capital
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Create and manage a sales budget, ensuring that expenses are aligned with revenue targets
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance to the sales team and leadership team
- Ensure that the sales team is trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and support including coaching
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business development strategies

**This job is for you if you**:

- 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Experience in the immigration consulting industry is preferred but not required
- Experience leading and managing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Thrive in a startup environment where all teams are agile and ongoing reprioritization is required
