**The Job**:

- Oversee each employee’s lifecycle in our payroll system, ADP
- Oversee the preparation of payroll and run the full payroll cycle in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation;
- Assist in compiling financial, tax and payroll reports;
- Coordinate and interact with federal and Provincial agencies on specialized issues pertaining to employee compensation and deductions;
- Act as the main point of contact between the business and ADP;
- Assist different departments in providing data by preparing reports in our payroll system.

**What we need from you**:

- Proven experience in provincial payroll principles, practices, regulations and procedures;
- 5+ years experience working in a similar position and in ADP;
- Perfectly bilingual in French and English, spoken and written;
- Passionate about collaboration and working in teams
- Embraces changes and growth;
- Must be curious and driven to details;
- Enjoy growth and change
- Well versed in MS Office, particularly Excel;
**Cool to have**:

- Member of the National payroll institute
- Exposed to working in the fashion/têxtile industry
- Been in a Startup environment
