- **About the position**:_

Reporting directly to the Press Supervisors, the Stacker Operator exhibits job relevant knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties and requirements of a Stacker Operator. Supporting production flow by ensuring all products coming off the press are bundled and stacked in accordance to the requirements of the customer. The Stacker Operator is responsible for the basic maintenance and operation of the stacker machines including; in feed section, upper/lower bin settings, air supply control and programming. Operating all equipment required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements. General cleaning of all press equipment, machines and areas around the presses. Understands, embraces and adheres to 5S workplace organization standards.

**You have**:

- Manufacturing/Production industry experience (nice to have, but we will provide on-the-job training).
- Attention to detail & accuracy.
- Knowledge of Safety Awareness.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Basic Math Skills.
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English.
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts that rotate between days and nights every 2 weeks.
- Bonafide physical requirements to carry out the duties of the role include; standing, walking, climbing, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. and maneuvering equipment and waste bins requiring up to 50 lbs of horizontal force through 12 hour shifts.

**Compensation**:

- The hourly rate for this position starts at $18.42 per hour with an additional premium of $3.00 per hour when working night shifts.
- Scheduled wage increase after 6 months and 1 year of employment

**Schedule**:
Full-Time employees will be scheduled on a 12 hour day and night shift schedule (rotated every 2 weeks)

Pay: $18.42 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
