In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of critical business systems, including Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Workday (ERP). Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Architecture, you will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other functions to enable scalable, efficient, and forward-looking technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for business technology, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and operational priorities.
- Identify and prioritize technology investments that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

**Technology Delivery and Innovation**
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365, Workday, and other critical business systems.
- Drive the design and delivery of integrations between enterprise platforms to enable seamless data flow and reporting.
- Champion the use of automation, analytics, and user-friendly tools to improve workflows and enhance decision-making across the organization.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee the day-to-day management and support of business systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with SLAs.
- Implement robust change management processes to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identify risks, and resolve complex technical issues.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, collaborating to understand their goals, challenges, and technology needs.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define priorities, and deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing insights into project progress, system performance, and emerging opportunities.

**Team Building and Leadership**
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of business systems professionals, including administrators, analysts, and developers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.

**Vendor and Budget Management**
- Manage relationships with key technology vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value delivery.
- Develop and manage the budget for business technology initiatives, maintaining financial discipline while delivering maximum ROI.

**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on CRM, ERP, or enterprise systems.
Proven track record of implementing and managing enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Workday in complex environments.

**Technical Experience**
- Deep understanding of CRM and ERP systems architecture, integration, and customization.
