Reporting to the VP of Business Technology Solutions, the B2E Director will oversee the business-to-enterprise technology footprint, including systems for Human Resources, Finance, Data Services, Systems Integration, and Business Analysis. We ask that you bring a background in building a Product Oriented Environment

About the Role

Trusted Advisor - (30%)
- Build effective relationships and partners with the lines of teams by proactively providing guidance throughout their technology deliverables, costs and future opportunities.
- Provide advisory services regarding processes and approaches specific to service delivery across all of the teams in this portfolio.

Strategic Planning - (10%)
- Design and execute according to the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Identify opportunities for technological advancements to improve efficiency, scalability within the business

Team Leadership - (20%)
- Lead a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, analysts, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT department.

Systems Management - (30%)
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise systems consistent with the B2E portfolio of responsibilities.
- Develop and implement data governance procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Manage programs for data analytics, reporting, and visualisation to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and refine business processes.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Help negotiate contracts, Service level agreements, and agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Budgeting and Resource Allocation - (10%)
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring allocation of resources and cost control.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across IT operations

About You
- Experience (10+ years) in a senior IT leadership role, managing enterprise systems and technology infrastructure.
- Experience managing at least 3 Direct Reports and a team of 10
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology solutions with team goals.
- Experience with Human Capital Management (Workday), enterprise ERP solutions such as SAP Finance and Oracle Finance
- Experience with continuous delivery and agile methodology
- Experience with building and motivating teams.
- Experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage complex projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.
