The Managing Director, Investment Technology, is a strategic leader accountable for technology delivery across our Investments Division. Acting as the primary interface between Investments and Technology, this role ensures that technology strategies and execution are tightly aligned with business outcomes.The Managing Director oversees Directors and Technology teams to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and technical solutions, fostering agility, autonomy, and continuous improvement. By partnering with Product Owners embedded in Investments, the role champions modernization, innovation, and scalable capabilities, making it an exciting opportunity for candidates eager to shape impactful technology solutions and drive organizational transformation.**Who you will work with** In this role, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with other Managing Directors in Technology and Delivery. You will lead the Technology team for Investments as your key business value stream, with Technology Directors reporting directly to you. The position also involves managing relationships with key agency and delivery vendor partners to ensure effective, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. As a strategic partner to our Chief Investments Officers (CIOs), you will play a pivotal role in aligning technology delivery with business priorities and outcomes.Partner with Product Owners to ensure business cases, benefits realization, and delivery outcomes are supported by robust technology solutions. Ensure staffing, skills, and practices within technology delivery teams meet high standards of technical and professional excellence.15+ years of combined delivery experience, including 10+ years in a delivery leadership role. Proven ability to inspire, influence, and align business and technology leadership, with strong change management and transformation experience. Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at Executive levels. Familiarity with investments technology solutions and industry practices is required.Strong ability to align technology delivery with enterprise architecture and data standards for scalability and integration.
