**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as required for various projects.
- Assist in paving operations, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Participate in building tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
