**Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Expectations**
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Proficient in writing service and warranty work orders based off of customer complaints and issues.
- Process work orders when needed.
- Assist with Part Sales.
- Keep track production work, ship, and receive work.
- Able to receive and document new chassis shipment when necessary.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain the general office filing system.
- Assisting in team event planning.
- Perform other duties, as required.

**Major Requirements and Competencies**
- Knowledgeable about vocational truck and equipment is considered an asset.
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to be flexible when priorities shift.
- Highly organized and able manage time properly.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior manufacturing experience an asset.
