Carleton Place, Canada CP Youth Centre Full time

Assists Executive Director (ED) in successful leadership and management of the Youth Centre, its events, fundraisers, and programs.
- Handles programs, camps, events, and fundraiser registration, inquiries, and positive relations and liaison with members, volunteers and the community at large.
- Assists ED in the recruitment, hiring, evaluation and training of staff and volunteers.
- Assists ED with: budgeting for programs and fundraisers, purchasing of supplies and equipment, supervising daily operation of the entire program, and other tasks or projects relating to duties.
- Maintains attendance, forms and records, confidentiality, documents, and administration. Attends meetings and training as required.
- Coordinates and facilitates staff, volunteers and participants through a variety of structured, programmed activities such as: after school activities, paid programs, day camps, fundraisers, workshops, training, special events, ensuring their safety and active participation.
- Takes a leadership role in planning, coordinating and conducting of events, fundraisers and outreach activities.

Pay: From $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- camp counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification, CPR C (preferred)

- Diploma in recreation, social services, Youth programming (preferred)
