**Ecommerce Product/Marketing Specialist**:The Ecommerce Product/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of a new online store that focus on personalized photo gifts. You will use your creativity, expertise, and knowledge of digital media to deploy unique and fun content designed to engage customers and ensuring the success of the website.

**Duties include**:

- Create and manage product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
- Coordinate with our production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales trends and analyze performance data to make informed decisions about product offerings and pricing.
- Continuously improve and optimize the website for increased sales and customer satisfaction.

**Desired Skills and Abilities**:

- You are a creative and an innovative thinker with a strategic outlook towards marketing.
- Proven experience in e-commerce product and marketing management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
