As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will have an eye for what will appeal to customers and use an innovate approach to increase conversion. As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, knowing how to organize and interpret data is key.

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will:

- Managing the development and maintenance of online stores and are also tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
- Supervise and manage IT marketing and site projects from inception to execution
- Collaborate with IT department to establish site analytics
- Lead development of increasing KPIs like conversion
- Maintain contact with IT department to ensure system security
- Identify and reaches out to potential affiliates
- Research and formulates ways to optimize user experience
- Maintain working knowledge of best practices for mobile, desktop
- College/university degree in Marketing, ecom, website
- Experience creating omni-channel consumer strategy for the web
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in data management, including organizing and coordinating product (SCRUM, AGILE a plus)
- Superior attention to detail
- Self-motivated and highly efficient
- Exceptional planning, organization and time management skills
- Experience with cross functional team (merchandising, marketing, product and virtual teams)
- Knowledgeable of SEO
- Google analytics literate
